Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), Human-Computer Interaction, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
- Experience designing technical, enterprise applications.
- Experience prototyping designs using tools (e.g., Figma, Canva).
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization.
- Experience working collaboratively with and influencing other designers, product managers, and engineers.
- Ability to understand and communicate abstract, design concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent visual design skills and knowledge of user-centered design principles.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Researchers, PMs, Engineers) to envision and deliver high-quality, user-centered design solutions for complex Cloud technologies and compute infrastructure.
- Translate complex concepts into elegant designs by creating storyboards, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to guide the agile development lifecycle.
- Leverage actively modern AI-assisted design tools to accelerate ideation and rapid prototyping, focusing craft on solving the highest-impact user tests.
- Advocate for the user by iterating on designs based on feedback and data-informed insights to ensure products meet business objectives and enterprise use cases.
- Pitch concepts and manage stakeholder expectations, facilitating engagements to communicate design direction and influence the evolution of the cloud product design system.
