Customer Solutions Consultant, Google Workspace, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
  • Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working as a technical sales engineer in a cloud computing environment or equivalent experience in a customer or partner-facing role.
  • Experience in cloud ecosystems on enterprise productivity solutions and experience with related solutions (Messaging, Productivity applications, Identity Management, Endpoint Management, UC&C Solutions).
  • Knowledge of productivity technologies and their integration with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IOT), and A/V systems to provide next-generation user experiences.
  • Ability to present Google Workspace value to executive audiences and technology stakeholders in partner and customer organizations. Foster and develop key relationships with new and existing customers and partners.

As part of the APAC Google Workspace Customer Engineering (CE) team in this rapidly growing business, you will play a key role in understanding the needs of our customers journey and leveraging partners, enabling them with your business and technical expertise so that they can help shape the future of work and digital workplace of our joint customers.

Responsibilities

  • Work on identifying and qualifying business opportunities, key customer technical objections and developing strategy to resolve technical blockers.
  • Share Google Workspace expertise to support the technical relationship with Google’s customers and partners, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination and prioritization of solutions impacting customer adoption of Google Workspace.
  • Work with customers and partners to demonstrate and prototype Google Cloud product integrations in customer/partner environments and to take responsibility for the technical aspect of Request for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms and application infrastructure needed to implement a complete solution using best practices on Google Workspace.
  • Educate partners on the power of Google Workspace and enable them to drive technical innovation for our customers. Help partners develop technology for Google Workspace solutions they take to market.
