Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in working as a technical business engineer in a cloud computing environment or in a customer or partner-facing role.
- Experience in cloud ecosystems on enterprise productivity and with related solutions (e.g., Messaging, Productivity applications, Identity Management, Endpoint Management).
- Knowledge of productivity technologies and their integration with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IOT), and Audio/Video systems to provide next-generation user experiences.
- Ability to present Google Workspace value to executive audiences and technology stakeholders in partner and customer organizations.

You will use your expertise and presentation skills to engage with customers to understand their business and technical requirements, and present practical and useful solutions on Google Workspace. You will have excellent technical, communication and organizational skills, and previous experience in cloud platform. You will partner with internal engineering stakeholders to improve products and build solutions, optimizing for results when in production and identifying ways to multiply your impact and the impact of the team as a whole.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Responsibilities
- Work on identifying and qualifying business opportunities, customer technical objections and developing strategy to resolve technical blockers.
- Share Google Workspace expertise to support the technical relationship with Google’s customers and partners, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination and prioritization of solutions impacting customer adoption of Google Workspace.
- Work with customers and partners to demonstrate and prototype Google Cloud product integrations in customer/partner environments and take responsibility for the technical aspect of Request for Proposals (RFPs).
- Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms and application infrastructure needed to implement a complete solution on Google Workspace.
- Educate partners on the power of Google Workspace and enable them to drive technical innovation for our customers. Help partners develop technology for Google Workspace solutions they take to market.
