Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in program management, marketing, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in campaign planning and execution.
  • 2 years of experience in communication roles or internships.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with a cross-functional team and geographically dispersed stakeholders.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$154,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of multi-channel go-to-market (GTM) campaigns designed to increase Google Cloud learning adoption among both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Own the end-to-end management of campaign GTM strategy, from initial brief creation and communications development, through creative and asset development and execution. This includes managing work-back schedules and representing GTM in project sync meetings.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, delivering regular reports and actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Google teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables - including Marketing, Content, Customer Training, Offers, etc. 
  • Maintain close collaboration with the social media lead to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy across all channels.
