Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in program management, marketing, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in campaign planning and execution.
- 2 years of experience in communication roles or internships.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with a cross-functional team and geographically dispersed stakeholders.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
- Excellent independent problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of multi-channel go-to-market (GTM) campaigns designed to increase Google Cloud learning adoption among both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Own the end-to-end management of campaign GTM strategy, from initial brief creation and communications development, through creative and asset development and execution. This includes managing work-back schedules and representing GTM in project sync meetings.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, delivering regular reports and actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Google teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables - including Marketing, Content, Customer Training, Offers, etc.
- Maintain close collaboration with the social media lead to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy across all channels.
