Associate Growth Manager, AppDev, gReach Program for People with Disabilities (장애인 채용)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, media, or working with advertising agencies (including internships).
  • Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently to collaborate with cross-functional teams in APAC and support client relationship management in Korea.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Understanding of the app developer ecosystem.
  • Ability to be proactive, organized, responsible, and work effectively with a team.

About the job

This provides exposure to Google careers and enhances professional skills. Participants contribute to the business, collaborate with others, and add lasting value. They will work closely with a host manager and team to identify project goals and support their professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of businesses by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building quarterly plans for achievements.
  • Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
  • Own end-to-end sales process, by driving customer outreach, sales pitches, solution implementation and performance evaluation.
  • Contribute to the development of Google’s comprehensive suite of app products.
