Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, and drive operational initiatives.
- Proactive and adaptable, and ability to navigate change and ambiguity effectively.
- Strong analytical skills coupled with sound business judgment and the ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
- Expertise in SQL.

As the lead analyst for unit economics and ROI frameworks for Google One and AI subscribers, your insights will directly drive critical decision-making across high-visibility projects. You will gain a deep understanding of both user business and cost trajectories across our Google One Storage and AI offerings, ensuring we meticulously understand long-term ROI in all strategic product and investment decisions.

From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $113,000-$162,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Develop and refine sophisticated models to illuminate unit economics and long-term ROI for Google One and AI subscriptions, directly informing strategic investments.
- Design and maintain robust data infrastructure and user-friendly models, empowering data-driven insights across the organization for use cases.
- Establish and advocate for standardized financial frameworks, guardrails, and processes to accelerate velocity and enhance operational efficiency.
- Forge strong cross-functional partnerships and cultivate collaborative relationships to drive unified financial strategies.
- Transform complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives that drive impactful business decisions for senior management and key stakeholders.
