Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 13 years of experience solving business intelligence issues.
- 5 years of experience managing business insights teams.
- Experience managing projects involving multiple teams, cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics/Biostatistics, Economics, Operations Research, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science) or related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience building new processes, procedures, methods, tests, and components with foresight to anticipate and address future business issues or concerns.
- Experience in publishing data based insights to support a business decision.
- Demonstrated ability to solve multi-dimensional business intelligence issues.
- Proven track record of cross-functional stakeholder management, strong collaboration and communication skills to influence across all levels, including executive audiences.

gTech's Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) team empowers Product Areas (PAs) to optimize outsourced operations while reducing risks and driving efficiency through the enforcement of Google best practices and policies. We advocate for informed decision-making, ensuring our partners find the right talent in the right locations. Our collaboration across Google leads to streamlined processes, minimizing administrative burdens and optimizing the extended workforce (xW) experience. In this role, you will oversee a team responsible for delivering data-driven tactical and operational decisions that will support Alphabet’s workforce plan. You will own the full Business Intelligence life-cycle (from dashboard designing, analysis to delivery), ensuring that solutions are providing high-quality and relevant information to grow Google’s business and operations efficiently and with minimum risks. You will develop executive reports, visualizations and analyses to provide relevant insights to facilitate informed decision making. You will oversee the implementation of new data analysis methodologies, dashboarding tools, or processes to support Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) and its leads.

Responsibilities
- Develop solutions to multi-dimensional business intelligence issues by generating investigative approaches, and leading projects or initiatives.
- Oversee researching, structuring, and executing analyses required to develop recommendations.
- Build and own relationships with multiple internal and cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements, develop analytics solutions and drive usage.
- Own analysis, scoping, and priorities, including identifying and securing business resources to help with the analysis, balancing tactical work among the teams.
- Work with Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) leadership to create and execute a data driven roadmap for xWS. Efficiently utilize vendor operations and other technical resources to deliver Business Intelligence solutions.
