Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business or Supply Chain, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in supply chain program and project execution.
- Experience managing Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment processes with retailers.
- Experience with data sets and data analytics.
- Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in planning, demand forecasting and inventory optimization (e.g., setting goals, defining goal inventory).
- Experience working with Telecom/Consumer Electronics Retail customers.
- Understanding of supply chain management (e.g., scheduling, warehousing, fulfillment, reverse logistics).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, presentation and decision making skills.

- Lead weekly Collaborative, Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment discussions with third party resellers to drive forecast accuracy and act as central point of contact for all supply chain operations and chair joint performance reviews.
- Support internal consensus forecasting process with regional business planning and central supply demand management teams.
- Maintain optimal levels of channel inventory to balance availability through the product’s life-cycle and lead supply allocation exercises and oversee order fulfillment.
- Support definition/blueprinting and implementation of new planning systems and processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives in regional supply chain operations.
