Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management or business operations.
- 5 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
- Experience working in a data center, manufacturing, logistics, or similar operational environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in designing and building new operational or strategic functions in a global environment.
- Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional business transformation and change management programs.
- Experience managing OpEx/CapEx budgets and complex workforce models.
- Track record of managing operations through periods of significant scaling or business transformation.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. Responsibilities
- Design and manage the APAC Data Center Operations (DCOps) business, including regional business reviews, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking, financial reporting, and executive-level communications.
- Partner with global teams to define and implement core functional pillars (e.g., business management, operational excellence, regional readiness) that serves as the operating system for APAC DCOps.
- Lead regional efforts to simplify and standardize operations. Own the governance framework for managing regional exceptions to global standards, balancing speed with risk.
- Drive the regional financial strategy, including Operational Expenditure/Capital Expenditure (OpEx/CapEx) governance and the annual budgeting process. Oversee the regional workforce plan, tracking headcount and organizational health.
- Manage a high-performing regional team of Program Managers to lead their respective strategic pillars and deliver regional results.
