Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative business, business development, or a digital media environment.
  • 2 years of experience creating data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of YouTube partners and creator ecosystems.
  • Excellent problem solving and investigative skills.
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to make presentation documents.

About the job

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping/motivating the business cadence and executive communication to support the Vice President of YouTube Americas Partnerships as well as managing a range of strategy projects that are critical to the future growth of YouTube’s Partnerships business. You will act as a point of contact for the Vice President of YouTube Americas Partnerships and will collaborate and coordinate with a range of stakeholders in Partnerships, Go-to-Market Solutions, People Operations etc. You will develop strategy, solve problems and manage stakeholders.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Be a thought partner to the Vice President of YouTube Americas Partnerships and Leadership team, including cross-functional engagement with partnerships, Go-to-Market Solutions, People Operations, marketing teams etc.
  • Develop and manage executive internal communications strategies to partnerships teams and cross-functional leadership including talking points, emails, and presentations.
  • Lead preparation for the Vice President and their leadership team, including cross-functional briefing materials for executive visits, partner or creator engagements etc.
  • Motivate the operational cadence for the Americas Partnerships business and Executive team’s agenda.
  • Motivate Americas initiatives including the execution plan and people plan.
