Account Product Strategist, Large Customer Sales, SPLA (English, Spanish)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing and navigating complex client-facing scenarios, with commercial acumen and business instincts.
  • Experience with business-focused analysis, and in metrics, KPIs, and data storytelling.
  • Experience in designing and implementing scalable strategic programs to drive performance.
  • Knowledge of Google’s advertising solutions (e.g., Google Ads, SA360, DV360, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams, and articulate complex ideas.
  • Ability to build lasting client relationships through a data-driven approach.

As Product Strategist for your portfolio of accounts, your key responsibility will be to help our biggest clients in the region to plan, implement and monitor product strategies that develop their business and marketing objectives. With a consultative approach, you will partner with Sales, Product Specialists and Agencies Teams to land product opportunities and targets with clients. You will manage the execution and delivery of complex campaigns across all Google Ads Solutions and Platforms ensuring the performance meets customers' Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will also develop and maintain an in-depth relationship with the client to understand the customers' core business objectives and challenges. Additionally, you will work with multiple stakeholders to plan, implement and measure scalable product performance projects across our region, and to identify future opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution and delivery of complex Google Ads campaigns, ensuring performance meets client KPIs.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Specialists, and Agencies to identify and secure product opportunities.
  • Build and maintain in-depth client relationships to understand their core business goals and challenges.
  • Lead scalable, cross-functional projects to measure regional performance and identify future opportunities.
  • Develop and implement product strategies for key clients to meet their business objectives.
