Enablement Program Manager, Partner Program, Global Client and Agency Solutions

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media (e.g., search, social, mobile, display, and video media).
  • Experience with industry programs within technical program management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in customer-facing, working with executives, and guiding customer transformation programs.
  • Experience navigating complex customer organizational structures, developing technology programs, defining milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, and on-time delivery.
  • Familiarity with online media buying strategies and advanced technologies (e.g., Google Marketing Platform (GMP) ecosystem, Google Ads).
  • Ability to influence others and working with cross-functional teams and building relationships across internal and external teams.
  • Excellent project management or technical documentation skills.

The Global Client and Agency Solutions (GCAS) Agency and Partners team is in charge of building, selling and scaling holistic solutions for agencies and marketing partners at a global level. We are aiming to position Google as the preferred media, technology and enterprise partner of choice for this critical customer group, driving incremental media business and innovation capabilities.

The Google Marketing Program Partner Program team focuses on solidifying the Partner ecosystem as our team multiplier, transforming it into the strategic extension of our sales force through scaled programming and enablement for enterprise third-party (3P) to deliver AI powered Solutions and guide expert services that maximize advertiser business growth.

Whether through building stronger tech and media foundations, surfacing cutting edge insights or structuring industry dialogue, GCAS helps shape what’s next into now.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000-$180,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead development and go-live of a new partner and sales enablement surface, transforming it into a unified hub for strategic pillars including certifications, service validation, capability building, and sales enablement.
  • Direct the integration timeline with critical Q4 2026 launch, followed by the expansion of wider features in January 2027 and the definition of future project horizons.
  • Serve as the primary engine for 3P scaled efforts, managing high-visibility assets (e.g., hero content, badging) and expanding partner programs across Creative Services, Measurement.
  • Modernize the future of certifications and incentives by migrating key assets like partner academy into a single interface, establishing a definitive source of truth for partner capability building.
  • Partner closely with gTech and external vendors to align technical infrastructure and operational workflows with the overarching business strategy, ensuring a seamless, high-impact user experience.
