International Growth Strategy and Operations Lead

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory.
  • 7 years of experience analyzing and applying industry, market, and organizational information to strategies and plans.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working across APAC, especially in China and Japan.
  • Experience in project management and execution.
  • Experience with Go-To-Market or Sales Strategy Operations working in large corporations of HighTech, Advertisement, digital, or e-Commerce verticals.
  • Ability to take initiative and work well in ambiguity, with an entrepreneurial and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to communicate and align multiple stakeholders internally and externally to defined goals and deliverables.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin fluenty for interactions in Mandarin with the stakeholders in the Greater China region.

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in developing APAC LCS export strategy and plans, lead the governance to ensure successful execution and progress (e.g., QBRs, opportunity sizing and strategic deep dives).
  • Work with different APAC country stakeholders to define, structure, launch, and drive strategic and operational initiatives for export topic.
  • Establish strong business cadences that bring local leadership together to discuss key strategic priorities and advocate operational best practices and accuracy.
  • Contribute positively to a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive team culture.
