Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5 years of work experience with analysis applications (extracting insights, performing statistical analysis, or solving business problems), and coding (Python, R, SQL) (or 2 years work experience and a Master's degree).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$198,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Help push the limits of product analysis, experiment design, causal inference, and metrics work, collaborating closely with software engineers, product managers, and other data scientists on business-critical product launches.
- Work as part of a team of analysts to run product analysis work, provide guidance for our biggest launches, and push the limits of our metrics, methods, and measurement capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with our engineering and product partners, help identify opportunities for our ads products, navigate rapidly changing demands, and work on solutions for complex, ambiguous, high-visibility business challenges.
- Share results with decision makers, upholding the Ads Metrics team's very high accuracy in methods, code, analysis reports, and presentations.
