Senior Account Executive, New Business (French, English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.
  • Experience in building a pipeline from scratch through tactical focus and execution.
  • Understanding of the online advertising industry and knowledge of the local market with insights into both digital and traditional media.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a working strategy.
  • Ability to take initiative, comfortable with ambiguity, and to grow in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and senior partner stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business tests, marketing purposes, and success metrics.
  • Prospect and build a robust pipeline of new business by proactively identifying and initiating relationships with new clients, working in close partnership with our Sales Development, Onboarding, Agency and Marketing teams.
  • Acquire high touch - high value business agreements through outbound prospecting, cold calling, consulting, educating, pitching, closing, and relationship management.
  • Consult with clients to achieve domestic and export online marketing and business goals, utilizing the full suite of Google’s marketing solutions (i.e., YouTube, Google Search and Shopping, Google Display Network, App Promotion).
  • Secure new Google Ads clients by presenting marketing solutions, and creating relevant ad campaigns that maximize their returns.
