Regional Product Lead, PSA Apps

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience working with product management or engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of performance marketing and app-specific ecosystem.
  • Understanding of the app measurement landscape, including MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust) and iOS-specific frameworks like SKAN and ATT as well as broader measurement concepts like Incrementally and First Party.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, analyze client needs and manage multiple complex work-streams in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to build data-driven insights, delivering high-impact presentations to senior stakeholders across functions/regions.
  • Ability to lead virtual, cross-functional project teams within large, matrixed organizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, along with bilingual capability in Mandarin.

Responsibilities

  • Equip sales teams to drive adoption and use Google Ad products to maximize advertiser benefit and Google business growth.
  • Collaborate with Global Product Leads to provide feedback and insights that improve our products and drive further innovation.
  • Support quarterly planning/goal setting, facilitating activation across sales teams (including leading pre-pitch/co-pitch consults on top opportunities), monitoring and reporting on key drivers/metrics.
  • Work with Global Product Leads (GPLs) and product managers (PMs) to ensure key collaterals such as narratives, one sheeters, dashboards are developed. Leverage those resources to equip sellers with strong product knowledge and expertise. Collate feedback on common objections, strategies, product knowledge gaps and lead internal and external product training.
  • Share customer and sales product feedback with GPLs in order to ensure the product roadmap reflects the needs of GCS sellers and customers.
