The International Growth Team (IGT) empowers businesses of all sizes across APAC, EMEA, and AMER to achieve international success. The various, multilingual team of consultants combines deep regional expertise with a comprehensive understanding of Google Ads solutions. We are united by a singular mission: to unlock the full potential of international growth for both our clients and Google.

In this role, you will oversee and own the outcomes of growth strategies and plans to achieve business growth/financial objectives and accelerate growth for Google. You will anticipate, seek out, and define problems in reaching clients with compelling pitches, developing successful sales pipelines, and selling Google products to clients. You will be responsible for international growth strategy for APAC Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) and drive business for Google Mid-Market Sales (MMS).

You will identify the biggest transformational international growth opportunities for the APAC advertisers and develop a customer-centric approach to unlock them. Additionally, you will act as a trusted advisor to C-levels and help them meet their business objectives with Google’s broad range of international growth solutions, from Google Ads to operational improvement offerings. With in-depth market expertise your team will shape the customers’ international expansion strategy and set them up for success in their international markets.

Responsibilities

  • Foster a culture of coaching and mentoring, empower the team to succeed in sales, consultancy and account management. Guide the team and foster new approaches to unlock international opportunities.
  • Lead the development and execution of the International Growth strategy, ensure alignment with sales goals and regional initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and identify high-value opportunities for Google and clients.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, unlock transformational international growth opportunities for advertisers. Showcase the value of Google's international growth solutions through presentations and industry events, and generate pull-demand for services.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure program agility and continuous adaptation to evolving customer needs, address challenges by leveraging Google's technologies. Maintain laser-focused on commercial viability, identify and secure valuable opportunities for Google and clients.
