Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in corporate strategy, operations, chief of staff, or program management roles within a technology or marketing organization.
- Experience working directly with and preparing materials for executive stakeholders (Director/VP level).
- Experience in managing events, forums, or rhythm of business operations (e.g., all hands, offsites, quarterly business reviews).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in using generative AI tools to streamline workflows, including but not limited to meeting summarization, content drafting, data analysis, and presentation creation.
- Ability to lead through influence and build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Ability to translate high-level executive goal into actionable, strategic plans and operational processes.
- Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise, and actionable frameworks.

The Executive Strategy and Operations team is the strategic nerve center for Google Cloud’s Global Growth and Demand (GGD) organization. We are a small, high-impact team that partners directly with the VP and their leadership team to solve their most complex issues and bring their vision to life. We are the go-to problem solvers responsible for ensuring the leadership team is aligned, the organization is inspired, and our most critical business goals are met.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Plan and execute key leadership events, including all hands meetings, offsites, and summits, to drive strategic alignment and decision-making.
- Act as a thought partner to the chief of staff, preparing executives for engagements with data-driven briefings and presentations.
- Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects by defining scope, tracking progress, and ensuring successful execution.
- Develop and implement programs that support the team’s strategic goal and foster a high-performing culture.
- Streamline operations and information flow between the chief of staff's office and other teams to enhance collaboration.
