Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- Experience in cloud platforms and distributed systems at enterprise-scale with an experience of Generative AI models, frameworks, inference and quality techniques.
- Experience in cloud operational use cases, application operation, data, networking, security, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Generative AI technology with technical domain expertise in Google Cloud operations and management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- 7 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
- 7 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
- 5 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
- 5 years of experience in software development or engineering.
- Knowledge in building accessibility best practices, and experience/curiosity for incorporating inclusion and accessibility into product development methodologies.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $214,000-$305,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Develop a Gemini Cloud Assist roadmap that defines how Generative AI assists the user in critical application life-cycle management workflows such as design, deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization, including a concrete plan with specific feature specifications and implementation timelines.
- Build a plan that defines how Generative AI capabilities contribute to the solutions and to a high-quality user experience. This includes data modeling and collection, evaluation, and serving/inference and quality mechanisms (e.g., prompt engineering, RAG, data indexing, and embedding).
- Focus on customer needs, ensuring our solutions effectively address customer challenges.
