Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- Experience leading the full lifecycle of technical programs from initiation to launch within an organization.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in managing programs involving distributed engineering teams and with Media, Publishing, or Content Ecosystems.
- Understanding of the evolving landscape of AI, data acquisition, data valuation, and economic models related to content.
- Familiarity with Google's product ecosystem, particularly Search, AI/ML products, and Google DeepMind and AI and Large Language Model (LLM) native.
- Track record of collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a changing ambiguous environment, building zero-to-one products or programs.

Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and drive the execution of cross-functional work streams for Project Brimfield, ensuring timely delivery of program milestones and objectives.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Partnerships, and Research leads to define program strategy, scope, roadmaps, and success metrics.
- Design, implement, and refine a standardized demand signal pipeline from Research and other product areas to proactively identify and fulfill content needs.
- Drive the operationalization of data value functions, establishing clear links between acquired data, model performance improvements, and end-user outcomes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement automated evaluation pipelines to report on model benchmark impact.
