Video Measurement Lead, Integrated Solution

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Experience identifying and recommending scalable solutions to improve customer strategy, and working with senior leadership.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience identifying and recommending new processes, procedures, and methods for product adoption strategy, addressing future needs by partnering and collaborating with regional partners/stakeholders.
  • Understanding of video measurement solutions including Brand Lift, Incrementally measurement capabilities across GeoX, Conversion Lift, Sales Lift and various experiment approaches such as Causal Impact, Pre vs. Post, A/B among others.
  • Understanding of Google media products with focus on YouTube.
  • Understanding of cross-media disciplines such as MMM, MTA and Modern Measurement.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across teams and functions to address customer needs and close agreements.

The Data, Measurement and Analytics (DM&A) team partners alongside media sellers to help solve complex problems as trusted data, measurement and analytics advisors to influence business decisions and prove Google’s value through data and measurement expertise in driving customer business outcomes.

As a Video Measurement Lead (ML) you will be accountable for leading our measurement strategy across the Integrated Solutions business to show customers the value of the business outcomes they achieve from their Google media investment.

You will work closely with the Video Specialist team to ensure a cohesive media and measurement strategy to customers and partner with a wide stakeholder group across vertical media teams, DM&A, other sector MLs and with Go-to-market to influence our future product roadmap.

This role allows you to focus on long-term strategy and gain exposure and understanding across multiple industries.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Drive video business growth by developing robust measurement strategies, building advertiser-focused programs, and provide updates on product performance to executive leadership. Focus on measurement strategies which cut across product areas: Full Funnel, Linear TV, Social and CTV.
  • Maintain deep understanding of the engaged landscape and emerging use-cases. Design, execute, and scale innovative solutions across Travel, Finance, Health and Telecom industries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research, develop case studies, share best practices, create training, and produce analyses to drive measurement solutions.
  • Drive video measurement solution improvements through thought leadership, addressing advertiser tests and industry trends. Influence product development via feedback and Business Facing Metric (BFM) success. Establish a feedback loop with Product Go-to-Market teams.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on complex measurement implementations. Partner with gTech and sales teams to develop customer roadmaps and solutions.
