Business Intelligence Analyst, Cloud Support

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in a data, BI, or related role.
  • Experience in SQL and designing and implementing data pipelines.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in Looker modeling, visualizations, data governance.
  • Experience with process and pipeline optimization, including with AppsScript, Python, or GenAI tools.
  • Knowledge of Support in an enterprise Cloud business.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimize data pipelines using SQL to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our Cloud Support data warehouse.
  • Develop and maintain Support’s Looker modeling, using LookML to build scalable BI solutions for the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the Cloud Support organization to understand their data needs and translate them into effective analytical solutions.
  • Manage and maintain the data infrastructure, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and accessibility.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to automate reporting and data processes, improving efficiency and scalability within Cloud Support.
