Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 5 years of work experience in budgeting, forecasting, AR, and financial reporting
  • Experience with contract management, budgeting, and compliance.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Finance or Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience
  • Juris Doctor (JD), or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • 5 years of work experience in facilities management, data center operations, mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Experience with executive-level written and verbal communication.

This Program Manager role is responsible for leading and delivering projects across Third-Party Data Center sites and internal teams, with a focus on third-party data center facilities. The Data Center Finance and Contract Manager plays a critical role in supporting the global infrastructure footprint. In this role, you will understand and manage contracts, ensure compliance, oversee budgets and cost optimization initiatives, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence across the global data center fleet.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$248,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Negotiate, execute, and ensure compliance with contracts for third-party data center services including building relationships with providers and internal partner teams.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis for data center operations, develop portfolio wide benchmarks and reporting, and identify and implement cost optimization strategies.
  • Collect and analyze data to track performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements to data center operations and processes, including driving process improvements and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, legal, etc.) to ensure alignment on financial and contractual matters, and communicate and facilitate collaboration across stakeholders.
