Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in technical project management
  • 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • 1 year of experience in developing automation solutions/tools using contemporary technologies.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration.
  • Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), or consulting background in the IT space.
  • Experience in managing multiple global stakeholders, and collaborating globally/cross functionally with vendor, compliance, business, operations, and product teams.
  • Experience in value consulting, proposal development and execution with technology products or outsourced services organizations.
  • Experience in creating case studies of transformation projects and presenting in various forums including executive management.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication, project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to focus and manage complex transformation projects.

As a Solutions Consultant, you will assist in building scalable reporting and analytics assets in multiple formats like spreadsheets, visualization tools preferably Looker Studio. You will be responsible for managing the accuracy and reliability of the data used for reporting. This will involve engagement with multiple teams like operations, central business intelligence, finance, development teams and so on. You will be presenting insights to leadership teams in person or through emails and in other forums. You will act as the program manager responsible for change management and ensuring timely maintenance and management of data sources and reporting assets. You will document the processes and procedures and ensure they are published from time to time.

Responsibilities

  • Report and plan financial, including forecasting variance, accruals, and invoice validations.
  • Analyze large data sets in areas such as price benchmarking analysis.
  • Develop analysis, insights and business review materials for Vendor Management Office (VMO) leads by doing in-depth search into operational data to deliver actionable insights for the assigned area.
  • Support in creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Support in time-bound Ad hoc data requests from areas such as Customer support, Sales operations or Engineering services.
