  • 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with media agencies of large global brands.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising landscape, Video and Social Media marketing.
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of closing the media's business agreements.

With a rapidly growing array of sales teams, it's important to have knowledgeable, charismatic leaders to guide our client sales teams. As a Sales manager, you'll lead and coach high-performing account teams that use consultative sales skills to understand our advertisers' needs and deliver measurable solutions that grow their businesses. You will also work with the sales leadership team to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business. Sales managers willingly help their teams and roll up their sleeves to partner directly with clients to provide comprehensive service. You are an excellent communicator with a proven ability to train and motivate a large team, and you take an analytical approach to sales management.

In this role, you will help our customers and partners with innovative YouTube solutions to achieve their marketing objectives. You will drive measurable impact, by leading with insights, experiments and measurement, leveraging cutting-edge YouTube solutions to deliver maximum results. You will influence product development and commercialising launches of the latest Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered YouTube solutions and tools. You will help our sales teams to the full potential of these innovations. With insights and storytelling, you will showcase multi-screen YouTube campaigns and innovative Connected TV (CTV) strategies, partnering with internal teams to drive incremental business and new growth opportunities.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Help customers grow their brands and reach business goals with YouTube and position YouTube as a reliable media platform for advertisers.
  • Drive the shift from TV and Social Media to YouTube via key accelerators (e.g.,measurement, experiments, cases and build long-term executive relationships with key budget owners, advertisers and agencies).
  • Take ownership for YouTube business development on a subset of advertisers and work seamlessly with account owners and surrounding teams.
  • Design, deliver and implement mid/long-term advertiser marketing and media strategies around Video/YouTube.
  • Work cross-functionally to help develop scalable advertising solutions around YouTube (e.g.,scalable activities, events etc).
