- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience managing office technology programs, including "Stuff Station" vending machines, flexdesk deployments, and printer/copier programs.
- Experience with change management in technology deployments.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies in deployment programs.

As the Office Technology Deployment Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing programs related to office technology deployments, including "Stuff Station" accessory vending machines, flexdesk programs, and global printer/copier initiatives. In this role, you will manage vendor relationships, stakeholder expectations, program budgets, and ensure on-time delivery of projects. You will also be responsible for developing systems to proactively identify improvements and drive future optimizations, including change management and performance metrics.

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver predictable program communication plans in collaboration with program stakeholders, including targeted communications by stakeholder type.
- Determine phasing and metrics associated with program lifecycle that effectively address continuous improvement including Resource Stewardship (effective deployment of machine and people resources) in close collaboration with program stakeholders, including near- and long-term objectives.
- Determine and collect data required to execute and govern programs effectively. Maintain project trackers and status reports, identify and execute on program tasks including proactively managing dependencies.
- Execute change management requirements that are identified by program stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of program stakeholders and ensuring they have the insights they need to make effective decisions.
