Google Workspace Expansion Specialist

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in a sales role in the enterprise software or cloud space.
  • Experience in managing Enterprise/Corporate accounts with business cycles.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience building business partnerships with enterprise customers.
  • Experience in account management and identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the existing account base.
  • Ability to work with a reseller ecosystem to grow the business.
  • Ability to build relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to plan and execute a territory business strategy.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Google Cloud Platform Sales Teams, implementation Partners and the Google Workspace teams and resources to build and execute renewal and expansion plans.
  • Progress current open pipeline to close within the Financial year and develop new short, medium and long term opportunity pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of both technical and conversational in Google Workspace and associated products (e.g., Chrome).
  • Meet with customers and partners and provide approved quotes leading to closed and executed Google Workspace agreements; and conduct customer/partner agreement discussions.
  • Manage customer relationships including regular direct onsite meetings with customers and partners. Conduct quarterly business reviews for your key accounts.
