Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience with full stack development, across the back-end such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
- 5 years of experience with data structures or algorithms.

Responsibilities
- Design, build and improve our on-device infrastructure for Google Home Platform.
- Scale and unify the Google Home Platform platform across various OSs (Linux/Android/Fuchsia) with high velocity and low maintenance.
- Scale and unifiy the Google Home Platform platform (GHP) to build a broader ecosystem, both for first-party and third-party devices.
- Design and build on-device infrastructure to empower new use cases on Google Home Platform , such as home automation and intelligence.
