Strategic Partner Manager, Chrome and Google for Education (Spanish, English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or sales.
  • Experience managing the full partnership life cycle, including identifying, structuring, negotiating, and executing agreements.
  • Experience managing indirect sales channels or partner programs.
  • Experience in distribution channel development and management, within OEM ecosystems.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in a partner and customer-facing role (e.g., Strategic Partner Sales Manager, Sales Specialist, Account Executive).
  • Experience carrying business goals, generating a pipeline, and developing and managing a channel ecosystem, including experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Understanding of technical concepts and IT environments, with the ability to identify and solve customer problems.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% internationally for business.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to present to customers or at events.

Google's line of products and services to our clients never stops growing. The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.

In this role, you will own the go-to-market plan for a portfolio of solutions to transform Education and Enterprise environments in Spanish-speaking Latin America.

You will be a trusted advisor to the most important partners, driving joint business planning, enabling their sales and technical teams, and identifying new partners to fill gaps.

Responsibilities

  • Own the business strategy and relationships with key partners (OEMs, distributors, and resellers) in Spanish-speaking LATAM, setting business goals, executing joint plans, and conducting business reviews to drive mutual growth.
  • Drive demand-generation and business growth across a product portfolio (including ChromeOS, Workspace for Education, Gemini, Cameyo, and Chrome Enterprise Premium) by managing marketing funds and business incentives, and providing continuous product and business enablement to ensure partners exceed their goals.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand market coverage and accelerate business growth in high-priority countries.
  • Analyze partner performance and market data to identify growth opportunities, address challenges, and make data-driven decisions on partner investments and potential ramp-downs.
  • Represent Google at regional and industry events to build brand awareness, engage with the partner community, and strengthen our overall ecosystem.
