Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media.
- Experience in people management.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently as the customer requires business fluency.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in leading and building dynamic sales teams of advanced advertisers.
- Experience working with or reporting to C-suites within the retail industry.
- Experience in sales management, such as travel, etc.
- Experience in retail marketing, with a focus on full-funnel and omnichannel strategies.

Our Large Customer Sales team partners closely with agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. As the Industry head of the Booking.com account team, you will be partnering with one of Google’s largest advertisers in spotting growth opportunities across Search, Hotel Ads, Video YouTube and DVA and Display. You will work with one of the advanced online advertisers to derive actionable insights from a wealth of data sources. You will engage internally and externally and lead the direction of the joint business challenges, our goal in travel and know how to onboard them on different growth opportunities. You will lead innovative and exciting product approaches and projects in digital advertising today.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing sales team specializing in performance and brand marketing solutions, focusing on talent development and management of client relationships.
- Drive the sales team towards substantial business growth and enhanced channel engagement, prioritizing client satisfaction and partnership development.
- Develop and strengthen C-level relationships at agencies, introducing creative and effective omnichannel marketing solutions.
- Showcase and coach the team in excellent sales skills through client interaction, leading high-impact pitches, and initiating strategic conversations about marketing.
- Design and execute tailored business plans, account plans and strategies, helping clients achieve their goals in the evolving travel landscape, leveraging advanced technology and data-driven insights.
