Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience project managing and delivering technical solutions.
- Experience with modern AI technologies, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and secure MLOps practices.
- Active, or the ability to obtain, a US Government Top Secret security clearance.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience working directly with Go-to-Market (GTM) and Professional Services Organization (PSO) teams to define productization and deployment strategies.
- Experience with software development or coding to understand and influence technical design decisions and architecture reviews.
- Understanding of containerization, Kubernetes, and deployment architectures needed for air-gapped or on-premise environments.
- Ability to synthesize technical requirements into concise, high-level documentation and executive communications.

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our largest advertising clients and/or product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients/partners. From concept design and testing to data analysis and support, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms and/or product partnerships.You will be able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative, cutting edge solutions and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also be able to build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.
In this role, you will structure and manage the delivery of mission-critical AI solutions for the Public Sector as the Solution Manager for the GPS AI Catalyst Team. You will translate priorities and customer requirements into actionable technical roadmaps, managing the complete life-cycle of reusable AI assets, ensuring efficient co-ordination and alignment across Engineering, Go-to-Market (GTM), and Professional Services Organization (PSO) teams to drive successful Public Sector adoption.Google Public Sector brings the magic of Google to the mission of government and education with solutions purpose-built for enterprises. Responsibilities
- Drive delivery for AI solutions, defining milestones, success criteria (reusability/readiness), and resource allocation to ensure successful on-time delivery via Agile methodologies.
- Apply technical acumen in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and secure MLOps to critically evaluate design and implementation plans for mission-critical solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams by exercising technical judgment and leadership to unblock development and streamline the path to production for AI assets.
- Establish engineering productivity by developing and enforcing standards, processes, and tooling (e.g., CI/CD, containerization) that ensure deployment repeatability.
- Communicate program schedules, technical priorities, and status updates proactively and clearly to all levels of the organization, from engineering teams to executive leadership.
