Technical Program Manager, Network Pricing

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management.
  • 5 years of experience analyzing network costs in a carrier or technology environment.
  • Experience analyzing data using SQL, Python or R.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with cost recovery models, cost allocation, unit of economics, financial models and analytics.
  • Ability to properly define metrics and Service Level Objectives (SLO’s) that drive proper team behavior and outcomes.
  • Ability to identify, breakdown, and solve ambiguous and complex processes and technical problems that span across many teams and organizations.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Drive alignment amongst product management, software engineering, network engineering, demand operations, finance, and partner organizations spanning technical infrastructure with end-to-end ownership mindset.
  • Build pricing and costing scalable initiatives and customize for evolving product roadmap and customer experience. Be the expert of network complete portfolio topology and cost structure, provide oversight of delivery across the complete portfolio of networking pricing initiatives.
  • Build metrics and data quality strategy and process so that we can consistently ensure we have the data needed to evaluate the effectiveness of network pricing strategies.
  • Lead innovation and execution of mission-critical projects including price releases, working closely with product teams to understand customer requirements around pricing stability, predictability.
