Minimum qualifications:
- Bằng cử nhân trở lên hoặc kinh nghiệm thực tiễn tương đương.
- 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực phát triển chất lượng sản phẩm hoặc kỹ thuật sản xuất, làm việc trong lĩnh vực sản xuất thiết bị di động hoặc sản phẩm điện tử gia dụng.
- 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Kỹ sư chất lượng sản phẩm hoặc kinh nghiệm tương đương.
- Có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực điện tử tiêu dùng, phát triển và đưa sản phẩm điện thoại ra thị trường.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 năm kinh nghiệm giám sát hoạt động cải thiện tỷ lệ sản phẩm đạt chuẩn và rút ngắn chu kỳ sản xuất cho các linh kiện sản xuất số lượng lớn.
- Có kinh nghiệm trong việc kiểm soát và phòng ngừa các vấn đề chất lượng ngay từ giai đoạn đầu của quá trình sản xuất, triển khai quy trình xử lý và báo cáo các vấn đề chất lượng, đồng thời phối hợp với đối tác để cải tiến sản phẩm liên tục.

Responsibilities
- Áp dụng quy trình Khắc phục nguyên nhân gốc (RCCA) để phân tích lỗi, giải quyết vấn đề.
- Thu thập và phân tích dữ liệu về các vấn đề kỹ thuật.
- Tối ưu và đánh giá quy trình sản xuất linh kiện, bộ phận, sản phẩm.
- Thúc đẩy thiết kế thử nghiệm, thu thập và phân tích dữ liệu kiểm soát quy trình nhằm đánh giá chất lượng sản xuất của các nhà sản xuất và dòng sản phẩm.
- Xử lý các vấn đề về chất lượng sản phẩm: Phân tích lỗi, nguyên nhân gốc, kiểm tra mẫu đầu tiên, kiểm soát chất lượng đầu ra, độ tin cậy liên tục, tỷ lệ đạt chuẩn, khiếu nại khách hàng và lỗi phát sinh khi giới thiệu sản phẩm mới.
