Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in Cloud Services/Cloud Services development.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with formal process design.
- Experiene with Cloud Hyperscaler infrastructure deployment and related automation.
- Understanding of the product life cycle in a fluid environment.
- Ability to design and run mechanisms/processes that scale.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across organizational boundaries.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.
Using your technical and leadership expertise, you manage various Engineering-specific programs and teams.
In this role, you will partner with engineering and SRE counterparts to drive Google Cloud Platform wide programs to accelerate and scale Google cloud buildouts.

Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize programs reaching beyond the immediate organization to drive consistency, efficiency, and economies of scale.
- Develop engineering platforms and features to accelerate and scale Google's AI and Cloud Expansion turnup programs.
- Drive cross-functional programs to drive scale, acceleration and efficiency of Google cloud buildout/turnup programs across servers, services and platforms.
- Orchestrate program strategy and lead program teams in order to deliver business, operational, and technical improvements.
- Deliver business value as measured by impact on organizational or company level Objectives and Key Results including organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
