Minimum qualifications:

- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience with Manufacturing Operations or Technical Supply Chain Planning.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in hardware product supply chain delivery through the entire life-cycle.
- Experience in driving process improvement projects from idea to implementation and adoption.
- Experience with supply chain operations.
About the job
As the Product Manufacturing Program Manager, you will focus on optimizing sustaining product delivery, operations, and cost for the machines deployed in Google's Data Centers. In this role, you will be working cross-functionally across the supply chain organization and will work with the new product introduction (NPI), commodity and material management, planning, and finance teams.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Enable and optimize product on time delivery by managing material, capacity, and product specific levers.
- Establish total product landed/execution costs and define reduction opportunities.
- Drive mitigation efforts to minimize liability of excess and obsolete inventory caused by demand reductions, platform transitions, and product moves.
- Define and evaluate product regionalization opportunities across the global network.
- Create product strategies for sustaining products that improve delivery, cost, inventory, and flexibility.
