Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or account management at a Business-to-Business (B2B) software company.
- Experience in working with the public sector market, including government/state/municipalities/education entities across the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region.
- Ability to communicate in English and Romanian fluently to interact in local market.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in growing existing customer base and acquiring new logos to increase spend and accelerate consumption business growth.
- Experience in working with, and leading cross-functional teams and partners in implementations and negotiations.
- Experience in promoting Cloud Solutions, Infrastructure Software, Databases, Investigative Tools, or Applications Software across the public sector.
- Experience with commercial and legal negotiations, and working with Procurement, Legal, and Business teams.
- Experience in managing C-level relationships and collaborating with executives.
- Experience in working with Customer Engineers and customer's technical leads to inventory software estate, define migration plans, and build migration business cases.

Responsibilities
- Build executive relationships with enterprise customers to influence their technology and business decisions. Add value as a trusted advisor.
- Become an expert on the customer's business, including their Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product portfolio, technology strategy, growth plans, business drivers, financial structure, customer base, vertical market offering and engaging landscape.
- Lead account strategy to develop business growth opportunities, work cross-functionally with multiple teams and Google Partners to maximize business impact within Public Sector customers. Manage business cycles, present to C-level executives and negotiate terms.
- Drive business development, own operational excellence, forecast, and achieve goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
