Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology or business-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in technology, program management, or enterprise consulting, with a focus on leadership.
  • Experience designing and facilitating executive demos, hackathons, or technical enablement sessions.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in a technology or business-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12 years of related technology experience in systems architecture, technical solutions consulting, or program management.
  • Experience scaling new technical products or solutions in a high-growth environment, with experience driving significant user adoption.
  • Experience driving culture and technical contributions, creating human-AI technical assets.
  • Experience in Google Cloud Platform and the application of Gemini Enterprise to solve enterprise-level business problems.
  • Experience in "Systems Thinking," with the ability to diagnose root causes of failures across software, process, and operational layers.

The Google Cloud team helps companies, schools, and government seamlessly make the switch to Google products and supports them along the way. You engage with the customer and swiftly problem-solve technical issues to show how our products can make businesses more productive, collaborative, and innovative. You work closely with a cross-functional team of web developers and systems administrators, not to mention a variety of both regional and international customers. Your relationships with customers are crucial in helping Google grow its Cloud business and helping companies around the world innovate.

As a Technical Learning Manager, you will be a program leader, driving the success of the Explore AI initiative, with a primary focus on scaling and delivering the launched Explore AI for Leaders program. As a program expert, you will act as the bridge between Google Cloud Sales, Product, and executive customer stakeholders in delivering Explore AI for Leaders workshops and other core Labs for Sales activities.

You will be responsible for designing, operationalizing, and delivering high-touch, interactive AI experiences that showcase the transformative power of Google's AI portfolio (including Gemini Enterprise) to C-suite audiences. You will facilitate the creation of playbooks, align cross-functional teams around sales-driven enablement goals, and ensure operational excellence as we scale these executive-level experiences globally.

As a part of Cloud Learning Services (CLS), you will contribute to a critical growth engine designed to accelerate the business cycle through immersive technical experiences, with a mission to simplify cloud and AI technologies for customers' decision-makers, equipping them with the practical exposure needed to advocate for Google Cloud within their organizations.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$265,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead the Explore AI for Leaders program by designing and executing tailored, direct AI experiences that communicate clear business value to C-level and VP audiences.
  • Partner with Google Cloud Sales to integrate direct experiences into the business cycle, acting as the technical/operational liaison to support pipeline generation and agreement acceleration.
  • Oversee architectural design and validation of Explore AI for Leaders direct environments, ensuring seamless, secure, and optimized technical integrations for an executive user experience.
  • Develop best practice playbooks to scale the Labs for Sales program, creating executive dashboards and tracking systems to measure the Explore AI for Leaders impact on sales velocity and adoption.
  • Cultivate agile, multi-disciplinary workstreams across Operations, Engineering, and Product Management to continuously iterate and improve the curriculum based on C-level feedback and the rapidly evolving Google AI product landscape.
