Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in satellite and mobile phone testing.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in 5G/4G/Integrated Management System (IMS) and Non-Terrestrial Network (NTN) log analysis and debug issues from field tests.
- Experience in 5G/Satellite testing and driving cellular field testing projects across multiple product areas and distributed sites, with competing resources and priorities.
- Experience in 5G (FR2/FR1)/4G Modem/Telephony background.
- Knowledge in 5G/4G to drive field functional/performance and carrier tests.
- Ability to influence, collaborate, and deliver solutions in a complex, always changing environment with effective organizational skills.

You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
Mobile Reliability Engineering (MRE) team responsibility is to ensure the "Reliability" of the Pixel modem software. This includes tasks such as field testing, carrier certification, issue resolution, carrier technical support, infra interoperability, carrier feature enablement, program management, test case design, carrier compliance, carrier customization, testing engineering, and engineering automation, etc.
As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You will plan requirements with internal customers and user projects through the entire project life-cycle. You will be at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers. You will manage projects of various size and scope, identifying future opportunities, improving processes and driving the technical directions of your programs.
In this role, you will handle testing and commercialization of pixel devices for Mexico market. You should be expertised in wireless technologies in addition to cross-functional collaboration with engineering and carrier teams to commercialize pixel devices for Mexico market.

Responsibilities
- Manage new technology field trials in Mexico market.
- Analyze the 5G/4G logs from the field test in Mexico and identify keys issues and work with Test/software team to resolve it. Experience in testing and commercialization of satellite technologies.
- Develop a test plan for new cellular technologies (e.g., Non-Terrestrial Network, Access Point based Integrated Management System) in the field and support debug efforts for global commercialization.
- Exercise technical judgment to keep goals for programs, projects and products attainable within a given timeline. Communicate with stakeholders with clear quality signal per testing progress.
- Identify opportunities for new technology field automation and work with cross-functional team for automation tools/processes.
