Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with executive leaders and cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, as well as influencing and advising them on strategy, organization, and operations topics.
  • Experience generating insights from analysis on data sets to drive business decisions.
  • Ability to think, plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting project deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to take ambiguous topics and turn them into compelling narratives for different audiences.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

The Strategy and Operations team supports the Devices and Services Business Organization (DSBO) by providing strategic guidance and scaled support needed to enable the growth of the business. In this role, you'll be a core member of the business operations team which oversees central operations across headcount, annual planning, OKRs and strategic projects. You'll drive the process, optimize, and update leadership.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Implement operational processes to ensure leadership and organizational effectiveness, and support a culture of accountability and efficient scaling.
  • Define project goals, develop comprehensive cross-functional plans, track progress (e.g., planning, milestones, risks, issues, change control) and clearly report on status, risks, and remediation plans to stakeholders.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Central Business Management, Planning, Operations, and Regional sales teams to ensure communication and collaboration.
  • Provide insightful guidance and direction, identify potential roadblocks and risks, and develop mitigation plans.
