Administrative Business Partner, YouTube

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience with administration in an international environment with working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with global travel coordination, with the knowledge of process, project, and program management practices.
  • Ability to establish trust with executive leaders, with managing and prioritizing their calendars and needs.
  • Ability to navigate and manage engaging priorities.
  • Ability to engage with a multiple range of people and job functions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a changing work environment, advocating a positive and exciting culture.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions. Administrative jobs at Google are staffed by organized and dependable people driven by a common company goal: to help us accomplish great things. Working behind the scenes, we make a significant impact on the people we support as well as on Google users around the world. We're adept at leading and managing a variety of simultaneous projects, which requires the particular talent of being able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and priorities for YouTube executives and work efficiently within a changing environment.
  • Coordinate conflicting calendar across multiple timezones, including global travel arrangements including visa arrangements.
  • Collaborate with executive internal and external C-level and public figures. Build relationships at every level. Craft team communications for internal and external audiences.
  • Plan multiple end-to-end events including summits, offsites, onsites or partner events, speaking engagements and leadership summits with internal and external audiences.
  • Support planning of industry engagement events across the region, work in partnership with cross-functional teams. Work across multiple timezones engaging with global teams. Be a member of the YouTube Administrative Business Partner Community, and contribute to Product Area (PA) site and culture initiatives.
