Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in digital advertising, advertising technology, or marketing technology and analytic.
- Experience establishing relationships within the advertising industry and CPG/Auto industry verticals.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Google Marketing Platform and Google Ads.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies or clients.
- Experience establishing credibility with executive-levels (often in the C-suite) and serving as a trusted consultant to optimize and expand their advertising investment.
- Understanding of the industry's issues, a goal for its growth, and a commitment to advance Google's forward-looking strategies within the marketplace.

As an Account Executive, you will work with Consumer Packaged Goods and Auto clients. You will focus on understanding client objectives and driving transformational change in order to grow their relationship with Google. You will partner with clients, brands, and agencies, and focus on driving business growth by using data to make marketing decisions, accelerating their adoption of Google solutions.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive business growth and expand existing client relationships by translating client business goals into effective Google Ads strategies.
- Lead the discussion and closure of annual agreements, managing the full life-cycle including forecasting, tracking, and ensuring timely renewal and expansion to maximize business.
- Establish and maintain a consistent communication cadence with key stakeholders (including C-level executives), conducting regular business reviews and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service.
- Maintain expert knowledge of industry trends and Google's advertising products, providing expert consultation to clients and sharing market insights with internal teams to inform product development.
- Ensure clients achieve their KPIs through correct implementation and follow-up of Google solutions, while maintaining accurate records, pipelines, forecasts in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and generating regular performance reports.
