About the job

A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Android Auto Partner Engineering's mission is to deliver technical partner programs at scale to enable a high-quality safe and seamless connected experience in every car. We manage multi-year technical programs with car manufacturers and their suppliers to integrate Google products (Android Automotive OS, Android Auto, Cars with Google built-in, and others) in cars globally. Our team works at the intersection of technical solutions consulting, program management, and client relationship management, in close collaboration with Google Product, Engineering, UX, and Business Development teams, to bring Google products and third-party apps to users in cars.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive global programs across Android Auto Partner Engineering teams and other teams that we work with (Business Development, Product Management, Engineering, UX) including external vendors.
  • Provide program management experience and leadership skills to help Android Auto Partner Engineering improve and accelerate its execution at scale.
  • Help to build the Android Auto Partner Engineering presence in Krakow, Poland in alignment with Munich, London, and US-based teams.
