Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or a marketing role, and working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Experience in a client-facing role, and with influencing business leaders.
- Understanding of the digital media industry's issues, a goal for its growth, and a commitment to advance Google's forward-looking strategies within the marketplace.
- Knowledge of traditional as well as contemporary/digital marketing tactics and strategy.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous, complex situations by quickly learning, adapting, and taking action with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, and organization skills.

In this role, you will independently manage the strategic lifecycle of your accounts, from identifying customer needs to executing campaign optimization and product adoption. By taking full ownership of your book of business, you drive business growth and consistently deliver against team-wide financial objectives. You are responsible for developing and pitching high-impact opportunities, such as new campaigns and brilliant basics, to key clients. Through disciplined planning, you prioritize and execute work within the team’s strategic plan using the most effective methods available. Additionally, you serve as a lead problem-solver, troubleshooting complex customer issues and triaging support with minimal guidance.

- Translate customer objectives into KPIs and Google Ad solutions to create tailored account proposals.
- Craft and deliver high-impact solutions with minimal guidance to achieve client goals and drive Google’s business.
- Lead campaign preparation and launches in coordination with internal specialists to ensure seamless deployment.
- Advise on and implement ongoing campaign enhancements to maximize long-term performance and growth.
- Strategically partner with clients to grow portfolios and maintain high-impact, long-lasting business relationships. Delegate work to stakeholders and leverage internal networks to expedite and optimize campaign results.
