Sales Vendor Manager, Workspace Renewals

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in renewals, account management, sales, or a customer-facing role in the enterprise software or cloud space.
  • Experience selling Software as a Service (SaaS), Productivity, or Collaboration technology solutions to clients.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with quota carrying technology sales with exposure to renewals, account management, or equivalent customer-facing role.
  • Experience collaborating with executive stakeholders across a large, global organization, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives, with excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of Workspace, Google Cloud or other Cloud platforms.
  • Ability to communicate to executive management, leadership teams, and cross-functionally.
  • Excellent investigative skills, and the ability to make data driven recommendations, CRM reporting, and sales performance reporting.

About the job

As a Vendor Manager, Workspace Renewals, you will lead a large vendor sales team focused on renewing and expanding Workspace accounts across North America. You will manage a complex book of business, developing and executing go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will identify and address operational gaps, act as an escalation point for performance and customer issues, and represent the business in forecasts and key meetings.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $93,500-$138,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Oversee a large vendor sales team covering Workspace field accounts across North America. Manage a complex book of business and grow business through the renewal and expansion of Go-To-Market (GTM) with emphasis on direct customer engagement.
  • Manage a portfolio of customer renewals, ensuring on-time customer retention and growth goals are hit. Develop and own the GTM plan to scale the North America long tail business in key areas.
  • Understand end-to-end processes impacting the Workspace renewal and expansion operation (i.e., full business cycles, data drive territory management, CRM reporting, etc.) and support the relevant stakeholders driving these efforts.
  • Lead regular business reviews to ensure the team is meeting/exceeding business goals. Represent your business in forecasts, town halls, and meetings.
  • Identify operational gaps using a data-driven approach and develop innovative solutions.
