Strategic Agency Manager (English, Hebrew)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or account management, in the Digital Marketing/Advertising industries.
  • Experience in working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience with working in business and pitching to clients.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently to support client engagements.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in assessing and achieving client success via business techniques, including questioning, objection handling, compelling narratives, storytelling and engaged promotions.
  • Experience in managing partnerships.
  • Experience in working in a changing and collaborative environment.
  • Knowledge of agency business models, customer retention, growth and new business acquisition.
  • Ability to own a portfolio in a business context, and overachieve quotas to drive growth.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

About the job

In this role, you will leverage your executive collaboration skills to partner with performance media agencies. You will focus on C-level stakeholder relationships and co-create business growth strategies with a portfolio of agencies by identifying and executing opportunities for growth. You will focus on increasing digital capabilities and strengthening commercial growth partnerships within our Google Customer Solutions (GCS) agencies, driving business growth and product adoption across the portfolio of agency managed accounts. You will drive alignment on the allocation of the resources for the agencies, and collaborate with client strategists and product specialists to deliver mutual business growth to our agencies, customers, and to Google. You will also develop the acquisition and promote capabilities of your assigned agencies across all levels of the organization in order to enable sustainable business growth for all parties.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of agencies by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
  • Deliver against quarterly business and product objectives. Grow agency business by driving product adoption and growth across the portfolio of Agency clients.
  • Work towards goals on new and existing business, prioritizing and delivering outstanding business experiences to Google's agency partners.
  • Manage and strengthen primary agency relationships from C-levels all the way down, including Media Planners and Buyers.
  • Shape the agency program by being a thought partner for the Agency. Lead on initiatives and agency level planning.
