Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Material Science, Operations Management, Computer Science, Physics, or a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Experience with data analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Material Science, Operations Management, Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with microLED display technology or semiconductor manufacturing.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python) or SQL for data analysis and automation.
- Experience with monitoring, automating, and trouble-shooting operational issues and improving operational efficiency.
- Experience with asset management systems and product traceability requirements.

Responsibilities
- Execute and document operational procedures, to deliver product.
- Improve the team’s operational processes and efficiency.
- Summarize production trends, by monitoring and analyzing production data sets.
- Identify and resolve operational problems and production issues, by performing root cause analysis and creating effective solutions.
- Validate new production features and software releases.
