Account Manager, SBS Engage (English, Spanish)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • 1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies.
  • Experience facing clients in sales, customer support, account management, marketing or consulting.
  • Understanding of Google Ads, Digital Platforms and online marketing best practices.
  • Ability to deliver against an assigned quota while managing multiple projects at a time, and to develop and grow executive-level relationships with clients.
  • Ability to be detail oriented and skilled in analyzing data, creating and maintaining spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with clients, and develop an understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Plan for, and achieve, business growth targets, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives. 
  • Collaborate within the Sales team, align workflow among team members to execute on plan and ensure accountability to meet or exceed goals while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer experience.
  • Identify key client stakeholders and consult with customers proactively on calls and in person to support digital marketing discussions and budgets.
  • Deliver against assigned goals, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding customer sales experience to Google's advertisers.
