Digital Marketing Strategist, Customer Success Acceleration (English, Czech)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns and providing client solutions.
  • 1 year of experience working in customer relationship development, account management, media consulting, or a similar role.
  • Experience in customer support and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Czech fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics.
  • Ability to build compelling narratives to influence clients utilizing data and insights.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple, simultaneous solutions, supported by internal teams.

About the job

As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be an expert in the analysis of our customers' advertising activities and the markets in which they operate. You will craft recommendations and solutions for our customers and have an understanding of the market, industry, and business model of the companies you work with. You will anticipate how decisions are made, explore and uncover the business needs of Google's clients, and interpret how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you will set the strategy for how their advertising can reach their audience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead with insights to drive customer growth, be a trusted strategic advisor to sales partners, and leverage the full breadth of Customer Success Acceleration's (CSA’s) solutions to drive impact at scale across your portfolio.
  • Complete extensive training to become an expert in Google’s product suite.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers/Account Executives to determine the optimal support for the client portfolio.
  • Develop and apply knowledge of the market, industry, products, and tools in preparation to offer solutions for our clients' business challenges.
  • Report on key performance indicators and value delivered for customers. Create proposals to represent solution design around client goals.
