Deal Lead, Trading and Partnership (Fixed-Term Contract) (English, Italian)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Italian to work with customers in Italy.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in Adtech/Martech industries, digital display/search advertising, consulting.
  • Experience identifying, designing, implementing commercial projects, project manage complex tactical/operational initiatives.
  • Experience with complex spreadsheets to build dashboards and automated scripts.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence platform, SQL, Salesforce.
  • Ability to translate client business needs into product adoption opportunities.
  • Ability to lead multiple cross-functional initiatives across products, teams, and regions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the trading lead designing the overall agency and advertisers agreement making and governance model, continually optimizing agreement operations, data, and policies for improved efficiency, performance insights, and market relevance.
  • Identify our most valuable agency partners and provide them with funds for tactical projects to deepen our relationship and partnership. 
  • Be the go-to-person for contracting and reporting related questions, working with EMEA Incentive Team, Platforms Team and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Legal, gTech, Compliance).
  • Contribute in accordance with the Trading Lead to design incentive proposals and deliver recommendations to sellers, based on impact data and market intelligence with a strong point of view on local market risks and opportunities.
  • Lead agreement accountability and checkpoint processes, including agreement modeling, contracting, and tracking.
