Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
  • 2 years of experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (eg., MBA or Master's in Science).
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategies that drive product launches and customer value with a focus on key GTM elements such as customer segmentation, value proposition development, and channel optimization.
  • Knowledge of Google’s Ads products, sales teams, and service operations on the publisher side as well as the customer and competitive contexts related to the programmatic advertising space.
  • Knowledge of advertising space and technology products such as Supply Side Platforms and Programmatic exchanges.
  • Ability to drive key product innovations with the publisher/developer community.

The Sellside organization works with a wide range of partners to bring Google to their business. The team partners with Publishers and App Developers of all sizes to promote their ad inventory, working with Google’s broad range of partner solutions including AdSense, AdMob, and Ad Manager, across mobile, display, and video formats, helping partners and their audiences get the most out of the Internet.

The Policy and Ecosystem Go-to-Market Strategy Associate Lead is responsible for ensuring safe business growth by adapting product policies to meet market demands while maintaining user, publisher, and advertiser safety. This role, within the Privacy, Regulations, and Policy GTM team, acts as the liaison between Sales, Product and Policy Strategy to shape product roadmap, design go-to-market strategies, and drive business growth. In this role, you will lead charge by developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies for Policy initiatives that span across all of Sellside products within Web, App and Video, from ideation to launch and more.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Drive development of detailed Policy and Product go-to-market strategies for a changing industry and team environment.
  • Compile, prioritize, and synthesize market and sales asks into global sales requirements that then drive the product development process for Policy.
  • Co-develop ecosystem and policy-related product roadmaps alongside cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders to align on Policy Commercialization strategy for Google Ad Manager, AdMob, and AdSense products.
  • Lead sales trainings for ecosystem and policy-related launches to ensure sales teams are equipped to inform partners and the industry.
